Alejandro Lloret

Alejandro Lloret, is a Cuban artist who has lived in Sao Paulo, Brazil for the past 12 years and has assumed Brazil as his second homeland.

Alejandro was born in Yaguajay, Sancti Spiritus, Cuba in 1957.

Lloret studied at the National School of Arts, in Havana from 1973 to 1980, specializing in painting and drawing. He worked for two years in the studio of Servano Cabrera Moreno, one of the exponents of Cuban art of the 20th Century.

In 1984, Lloret studied restoration techniques in the National Art Museum of Havana in Cuba. Lloret's work is collected internationally. His work has been exhibited in the Rainforest Art Foundation, New York; as well as collective exhibitions in Kausiung Museum of Fine Arts in Taiwan; Chinese Information and Cultural Center in New York and in the Las Vegas Art Museum, Nevada.

Alejandro Lloret is represented exclusively by the Latin American Art Gallery in Scottsdale, Arizona.
